Examples

The examples folder in the root directory contains useful notebooks & scripts to get you started. Every step has accompanying documentation to help you understand the usage of the package. The notebooks show how to validate your model versus observation data and create a report to visualize the results.

Specifically:

• RUNE_validation.ipynb notebook shows a validation of time series data from the WRF model and the scanning lidar in the RUNE experiment.

• ERA5_validation.ipynb notebook shows a validation of the ERA5 reanalysis using the Tall Tower data.

A pre-rendered notebook can be found in the navigation to skim through the use case example. You can run them yourself if the package is already installed.
