windkit.Workspace.get_owc_weibull_fit#
- Workspace.get_owc_weibull_fit(ID=None, crs=None)[source]#
WAsP’s Weibull fit of the observed wind climate at a met station.
The values are WAsP’s as stored in the workspace, parsed without rounding. Unlike
get_wwc()at a met station, which is WAsP’s self-prediction from the generalised wind climate, this is the fit of the observations themselves.- Parameters:
ID (int, optional) – ID of a met station. Defaults to None, which reads the only met station in the workspace.
crs (int, dict, str or pyproj.crs.CRS, optional) – CRS of the positions, for a workspace that states none. Overrides the stated CRS, with a warning. Defaults to None.
- Returns:
Weibull wind climate with
A,kandwdfreqon (sector, point) at the met station position, with its name as thenamecoordinate and adescriptionattribute saying what it is. The sector frequencies are not renormalized.- Return type:
- Raises:
ValueError – If the ID does not exist or is not linked to a met station, ID is None and the workspace holds no or several met stations, neither the workspace nor
crsgives a CRS, the met station holds no Weibull fit, or its sectors are not windkit’s.- Warns:
UserWarning – If WAsP marked the met station’s results as not up to date.
UserWarning – If
crsdiffers from the CRS the workspace states.
