windkit.Workspace.get_site_effects#
- Workspace.get_site_effects(ID=None, crs=None)[source]#
Site effects WAsP stored for a site, or for the turbine sites of a group.
The values are WAsP’s as stored in the workspace, parsed without rounding, and use the variable names and units of WindKit site effects.
- Parameters:
ID (int, optional) – ID of a met station, reference site, turbine site or turbine site group. Defaults to None, which reads the only such object in the workspace.
crs (int, dict, str or pyproj.crs.CRS, optional) – CRS of the positions, for a workspace that states none. Overrides the stated CRS, with a warning. Defaults to None.
- Returns:
Site effects
z0meso,slfmeso,displ,roughness_speedups,roughness_turnings,orographic_speedups,orographic_turnings,obstacle_speedups,obstacle_turningsanddirrixon (sector, point), andsite_elevandrixon (point), one point per site with the site names as thenamecoordinate. A variable the workspace does not store is left out, such asdisplbefore format 4.01.0006, anddirrix,rixand the separate roughness and orographic effects in format 4.01.0002.- Return type:
- Raises:
ValueError – If the ID does not exist or is not linked to a site or turbine site group, ID is None and the workspace holds no or several of them, neither the workspace nor
crsgives a CRS, a site holds no site effects, or its sectors are not windkit’s.- Warns:
UserWarning – If WAsP marked the results of a site, or of its turbine site group, as not up to date.
UserWarning – If
crsdiffers from the CRS the workspace states.
